Tango Posture Makeover: Confidence from Head to Toe

This online course is designed to help you, the social tango dancer, rediscover your natural upright posture, one that feels effortless, confident, and grounded.

What You’ll Get

2 videos and a bonus

  • Video 1: 12-Minute “Straight Spine” Practice. Ideal for when you have 12 minutes to reconnect with your spine. It’s also great to do before a tango practice session.

  • Video 2: “Instant-Length” Recalibration Mini-Practices (5 minutes): Each can make your spine feel longer within seconds. It’s perfect for during the day. Find the mini-practice that works best for you and give it a try whenever you have 30 seconds free during the day. Reminding yourself how your spine is supposed to feel a few times during the day is a great way to reprogram your nervous system for better posture. Once you find 2-3 that work very well for you, feel free to do them at the milonga, right before you start dancing or whenever you feel during the night that you are not dancing very well.

  • Video 3 – BONUS: Therabands (4 minutes): This is a bonus video for anyone that uses therabands or has long bathroom towels at home. I found these exercises to be extremely effective for my posture.

This is for what I use these videos:

  • Develop an upright, confident posture that feels natural in the milonga.

  • Instantly improve balance.

  • Feel taller, lighter, and more grounded on the dance floor and my day-to-day life.
